There’s something magical about books, isn’t there? Maybe it’s the way they transport us to distant places, pulling us into stories that are so different from our everyday lives. Or perhaps it’s the thrill of meeting a new book boyfriend—let’s be honest, we all have at least one! But my favourite part is coming home after a long day, making a hot drink or pouring a glass of wine, and sinking into my favourite spot, ready to forget the outside world.
Books have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I would spend hours lost in my favourite novels, letting my imagination run wild with the characters and their worlds. And now, as an adult, that love hasn’t faded. In fact, it’s deepened, and I’ve found myself not only enjoying the stories but also wanting to create something inspired by them—something that can accompany those special reading moments.
That’s where the idea for my book accessories came from. I wanted to make something that added to the joy of reading—a little something that made curling up with a good book feel even more magical. My bookmarks are designed with gems and crystal chips, each one chosen for its natural beauty and energy, adding a touch of elegance and enchantment to your reading experience. Whether it’s a delicate bookmark that slips between the pages of your latest read or a unique piece of jewellery, I try to capture the magic I’ve always felt from stories in every design.
Creating these pieces has been such a rewarding process. I handcraft each bookmark and accessory with love and care, carefully considering how the gemstones can enhance the story-telling experience. There’s more on the way, but I’m so excited to share the first of these creations with you.
